Julie Reiber

Julie Reiber thrilled theatre audiences as Elphaba, Broadway’s most iconic leading lady of the new millennium. She first performed the role with the original Los Angeles cast of Wicked and later played the famous green girl on the stage of the Gershwin Theatre on Broadway. Most recently Ms. Reiber starred as Marion in Priscilla Queen of the Desert at the iconic Palace Theatre.  She has also been seen on Broadway as Brooklyn in Bklyn, Natalie/Ed in All Shook Up and working along side Harry Connick Jr. in Michael Mayer’s revival of On a Clear Day You Can See Forever.

Julie will be performing some holiday tunes for a great cause. The Huntington's Disease Society of America's annual Curtains Up For A Cure will be at Playwright's Horizons on December 1 at 7pm.

Julie wrapped filming on her first feature film! She will be playing "Cat" in the upcoming film Freeheld starring Julianne Moore, Ellen Page, Steve Carrell and Michael Shannon. Watch for it in theatres next year and check it on IMBD here where Julie is listed in the cast.
